IMSEC || Day – 2 ATAL Tinkering Lab || Workshop.

On March 30th, 2024, during the second day of the Basic Electronics and IoT Hands-On Workshop for ATAL Tinkering Lab, school teachers continued their exploration and skill development journey initiated on the first day.

Expanding on their foundational knowledge, participants delved into advanced concepts and practical exercises, aiming to boost their expertise in electronics and IoT technologies. In the session, Prof. Sanjeev Sharma discussed Arduino programming concepts and interfacing with various sensors. During the practical session, participants applied these concepts to create automation-based projects.

At the workshop’s conclusion, Dr. Pramod Singh, Head of the ECE Department, expressed deep gratitude to the organizing team, mentors, and participants for their dedication to excellence.

IMSEC – CSE || Emerging Techniques in AI || Faculty Development Program.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Five Days Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Emerging Techniques in AI, Data Science, and Cybersecurity (ETADS – 2024)!
Over the past five days, we delved into cutting-edge techniques and explored the latest advancements in AI, Data Science, and Cybersecurity, empowering our participants with invaluable insights and practical skills.

IMSEC || Day -1 ATAL Tinkering Lab || Workshop

IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad is currently hosting a Two-Day Hands-on Workshop on ATAL Tinkering Lab.

Today, on March 30th, 2024, marks the second day of this engaging and informative event. Yesterday, on March 29th, was the inaugural session where Dr. S.N. Rajan, Dean of Academics and Dr. Pramod Singh, Head of the ECE Department, welcomed participants from 20 schools. Dr. Rajan emphasized the importance of skill-oriented training for increased employability. On the first day of the workshop, three technical sessions were conducted.

Prof. Sanjeev Sharma from the ECE department led two sessions, covering hands-on training on basic electronics components, various sensors and microcontrollers. In another session, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma from the Applied Sciences and Humanities Department discussed Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Today’s activities promise to delve even deeper into skill-oriented training and exploration.

IMSEC || Workshop || ATAL Tinkering Lab.

IMSEC GHAZIABAD is organising Two Days Hands on Workshop on ATAL Tinkering Lab on 29th and 30th March 2024. In this workshop Teachers of 20 Schools across U.P. will be participating.
In the workshop Handson training of Electronics Circuit, Microprocessors, Sensors and IoT components will be provided. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to make projects like automatic traffic light, line following or obstacle avoiding vehicles, IoT based irrigation system and many more.

IMSEC – AS&H || National Workshop || ‘Leveraging Water for Peace’.

The Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities at IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, recently hosted a National Workshop on ‘Leveraging Water for Peace’ in collaboration with the Indian Desalination Association & the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) for World Water Day.

Experts such as Dr. V.K. Shrivastava, President of the Indian Desalination Association, highlighted Water Security & Desalination of Water. Dr. Satyendra K. Jain explained the importance of water conservation, and Prof. Nikhil Kawatra shared insights on wastewater treatment using hydroponics technology. The workshop aimed to support Sustainable Development Goal 6: Water & Sanitation for All by 2030.

We express heartfelt gratitude to Prof. (Dr.) Vikram Bali, Director of IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad, for his guidance and support, thanks to Dr. Vineet Kumar, HoD of AS & H department, and Dr. Savita Agarwal for seamlessly coordinating the event, the organizing team, and all the participants from 55 colleges, contributing to the success of the event.
